本データベース(https://jahis.law.nagoya-u.ac.jp/who/search)
に掲載している人事興信録データは、日本学術振興会科学研究費助成事業（科研費プロジェクト番号：16H01998、21H04391）および名古屋大学法情報研究センターの助成を受けた、増田知子、岡崎哲二、佐野智也、松本朋子(以下、「著作者」とします)による研究プロジェクトにおいて作成されたデータの一部を、閲覧を目的として一般向けに公開しているものです。
本データベースにおける公開は、当該データの自由利用、再配布、二次利用等を許諾するものではありません。
本データベースおよび掲載データについて、ウェブスクレイピングその他これに類する手段による無断での大量取得を禁止します。
また、本データベースの利用に際し、著作者または第三者に不利益もしくは損害を与える行為、名誉または信用を毀損するおそれのある行為、プライバシーの侵害等のおそれのある行為を禁止します。加えて、法令または条例に違反する行為、もしくはそのおそれのある行為、その他著作者が不適切と判断する一切の行為を禁止します。
本データベースに掲載する情報については、正確性の確保に細心の注意を払っておりますが、掲載内容に誤りがあった場合においても、著作者は一切の責任を負いません。
本データベースの利用は、利用者ご自身の責任において行われるものとし、本データベースおよび本データベースからリンクされている外部サイトの利用により生じたいかなるトラブル、損失または損害についても、著作者は一切の責任を負いません。なお、本データベースに掲載されている情報は、予告なく変更される場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

2030年度を目途として、『人事興信録』第1版、第4版および第8版のデータについて、事前申請および許可を前提とした提供を検討していますが、当該提供時期および内容を保証するものではありません。 現時点では、利用可能なデータはありません。
利用者は、上記の手続きに基づき事前に許可を得た場合に限り本データを利用することができます。その場合、データ作成者（増田知子、岡崎哲二、佐野智也、松本朋子）を明確に表示するとともに、本データセットの内容および作成過程を解説した下記の資料論文を、当該成果物の本文中において必ず引用しなければなりません。

The Jinji-Koshin-Roku data published on this database (https://jahis.law.nagoya-u.ac.jp/who/search) constitute
a portion of datasets created as part of a research project conducted by
Tomoko Masuda, Tetsuji Okazaki, Tomoya Sano, and Tomoko Matsumoto
(hereinafter referred to as the “Authors”), with support from the Japan
Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS KAKENHI Grant Numbers
16H01998 and 21H04391) and the Center for Law and Informatics at Nagoya
University.
The data are made publicly available solely for viewing purposes.
Publication on this database
does not grant any permission for free use, redistribution, secondary
use, or any other form of use of the data.
Unauthorized mass acquisition of data from this database, including but not limited to web scraping or similar automated methods, is strictly prohibited.
In addition, users are prohibited from engaging in any actions that may cause disadvantage or damage to the Authors or third parties, including acts that may infringe upon reputation or credibility, violate privacy, or otherwise cause harm. Any actions that violate applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances, or that are deemed inappropriate by the Authors, are also prohibited.
While the Authors make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on this database, they assume no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions contained therein.
Use of this database is undertaken at the user’s own responsibility. The Authors shall not be liable for any trouble, loss, or damage arising from the use of this database or from the use of any external websites linked from this database. explicit approval by the Authors. However, no guarantee is made
regarding the timing, scope, content, or conditions of such data

Any plans for data provision may be modified or canceled without prior
notice due to research-related decisions, institutional changes, or
other circumstances.

The provision of data from the 1st, 4th, and 8th volumes of the Jinji-Koshin-Roku is currently under consideration, with fiscal year 2030 as a tentative target. This statement does not constitute a guarantee regarding the timing or availability of the data. Currently, no data are available.
Users may use the data only with prior permission obtained through the procedures described above. In such cases, users must clearly acknowledge the data creators (Tomoko Masuda, Tetsuji Okazaki, Tomoya Sano, and Tomoko Matsumoto) and must cite the following reference article, which explains the dataset and its construction, in the main text of any resulting publication.
